A.Well, the book allows you to do everything by yourself and get direct maps links and Trip Advisor Reviews. It’s me, but virtual me. This service is me, me. The real me. We get to interact. I get to be of service to you by making your plans a reality based on what you want. But the book is pretty good too as I have to say that since it took me 3 years to finish! But the real me is alright as well since I’m 40 years in the making. 🙂

A.I know, it’s not that much money. It’s all a matter of perspective isn’t it? Value is completely a perspective. Well, it’s $50+ gratuity because of my time. My time is also worth money. It’s $50+gratuity because I have costs as well to run this website and other costs to maintain this service. It’s $50+gratuity because my perspective is it’s a super fair and generous price to charge for these services. It’s $50+gratuity because it’s great value on your time. After we book/plan all your excursions/services – we total the amount and suggest a gratuity of 10-20% – you decide depending on level of service you received!
You’ll find in Puerto Rico others mark up their costs and pass it on to you in a hidden way. We are transparent. You get the same price as if it were you picking up the phone and doing it yourself. What you see is what you get. At the end, we “suggest” a gratuity based on the total. It’s up to you on what to pay us for the rest. Service is service. Give us a shot!

One of the coolest experiences I’ve had was working as a concierge at one of the Top 5 hotels in San Juan. I’ve never in my life experienced as much work as I did handling what seemed like hundreds of requests at the same time from guests of Puerto Rico.
